CRM Consultant - SME Solutions

Job Description

As a CRM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing CRM solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide tailored CRM solutions, and ensure successful adoption. You will play a key role in business process mapping, system configuration, data migration, user training, and ongoing system improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to analyze business processes and define CRM requirements.
  • Implement and configure CRM solutions (such as Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or HubSpot) to align with business needs.
  • Develop and execute CRM customization strategies, including workflow automation, reporting, and integrations.
  • Conduct business process mapping, requirements gathering, and functional design sessions.
  • Support data migration, system integration, and testing efforts.
  • Deliver end-user training and ensure successful CRM adoption within client organizations.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide ongoing post-implementation support.
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends, best practices, and software updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Must be fully fluent in English near perfect, French is an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM consulting, implementation, or support.
  • Hands-on experience with Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management processes, including sales, marketing, and customer support.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable strategies and solutions leveraging digital technologies such as automation, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cloud computing.
  • Experience in CRM data migration, system integrations, and workflow automation.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • CRM certification(s) is a plus.
